I understand that underage participants must have parental or legal guardian permission to enter this drawing, and that parent/guardian contact information must be included so that Seattle Wushu Center may confirm the entry or the entry will be disqualified. I understand that if I win this drawing, that all offers or services are provided at Seattle Wushu Center, unless arrangements are made for senior citizens, mobility impaired , or those otherwise unable to physically travel to our studio. I understand that if I would like to continue further study in the subject matter of choice, that I may do so under the standard listed service fees for those services, unless given a discount offer by Ms. Restita DeJesus herself. After clicking "submit", you will be forwarded to a confirmation page. You may submit up to 3 entries per drawing event.. All repeat entries after the 3rd will be tossed out. No previous previous purchase is necessary as it will not increase your chances of winning. Drawings for 2 winners for this event will be held on Monday October 18th, at 10 am. Winner(s) will be notified via email with instructions on how to clain the drawing prize. Winners have 14 days to contact us to claim prize. If we are not contacted within the 14 day period, the winning drawing will be invalid and the prize will go back up for a future drawing.
